How do I check the status of my submitted Service Catalog requests?

You can check the status of Service Catalog requests that you submit.
Method 1
For this method you have to have the My Submitted Tickets on your Home Tab. If you need to add it, click here for the instructions.
- Click Home.
- Under My Submitted Tickets you should see your submitted tickets.
- Click the ticket you want to check the status of.
Method 2
- Click Services.
- Click Ticket Requests.
- Click Status Class.
- Check Select All.
- Click Search.
- All of your submitted tickets will now appear. If you want to narrow your results you can go back to step 4 and only select the statuses you want.
