How can I search for services in the Service Catalog?

Environment

• Hodges University Service Catalog

Resolution

You can search for services in two different manners. You can search by keywords and you can sort the services by alphabetical order.

Searching with Keywords

1. Click Services.
2. Click Search.
3. Type in keywords into the text box. For example, if you are looking for the service to have your caller ID changed search Caller ID.
4. Click the Search button.
5. You can click on any service listed to start requesting it.

Sorting Alphabetically

1. Click Services.
2. Click Services A-Z.
3. The services will now be sorted alphabetically. You can click on any service listed to start requesting it.
