The Hodges University IT Client Portal is a convenient way to request IT assistance and search informational articles to resolve your IT questions. The Client Portal gives you easy access to our Service Catalog and Knowledge Base.
Features
Home Tab
The Home tab can display helpful information, such as services you recently requested, services you mark as favorites, and new Knowledge Base articles.
Service Catalog
The Service Catalog is a convenient way to request services without having to contact the IT Help Desk. Through the Service Catalog you are able to make requests, check the status of your outstanding requests, and communicate with technicians working on your requests by commenting on them.
Knowledge Base
The self-help Knowledge Base is full of helpful articles with content driven by you, the Hodges Community! The Knowledge Base houses numerous articles written by IT to help with accounts, technology, and systems.
Profile
Every user of the Client Portal has a profile. You can add a picture of yourself, update your alert email, and contact information. Your profile is only viewable by IT employees.
