The Service Catalog is a convenient way to request services without having to contact the Hodges University Help Desk. Through the Service Catalog you are able to make requests, check the status of your outstanding requests, and communicate with technicians working on your requests by commenting on them. 

Features

Searching for Requests

The Service Catalog has a search feature that allows you to search for specific types of requests. 

 

Submitting a Request

When you need help you can submit requests through the Service Catalog without having to contact the IT Help Desk. These requests are routed to the areas of IT that handle the type of request. 

 

Checking Status of Requests

The Home Tab in the Client Portal allows you to check the status of your requests. You can also comment on these requests to communicate with technicians working on your requests.
